Who we are

This website is operated by Post Nine Studio LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Post Nine Studio LLC, and “the site” refers to www.postninestudio.com.

The site is informational

The site exists to describe our studio and, in future, the applications we publish. It does not offer accounts, sign in, purchases, or any other interactive service. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a contract, or professional advice of any kind.

Applications are governed separately

Any application we release will be distributed through a platform app store and governed by its own end user licence agreement, together with the terms of the store that distributes it. Those terms will control your use of that application, not these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system.
• Interfere with the site’s normal operation, including through automated requests at a volume that degrades service for others.
• Introduce malware or any other technology intended to cause harm.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents, including text, design, layout, graphics, the Post Nine Studio name, and the Post Nine Studio logo, are owned by Post Nine Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the site, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, such as an App Store listing. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Visiting them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
