Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to www.postninestudio.com and any other pages published on this domain. It does not cover any mobile application, because we have not yet released one.

Each app we release will have its own website and its own privacy policy, written for that app and linked from its App Store listing. Those policies are published on the app’s own domain rather than here, so this policy never governs an application.

Information we collect

This is a static, informational website. There are no accounts, no sign in, and no forms. We do not use analytics software, advertising networks, or third-party tracking scripts, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

The only information processed in connection with the site is:

• Server and network logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as the IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs are used to operate and secure the site and are retained by the provider on a short rolling basis.
• Email you send us. If you email hello@postninestudio.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

How we use information

• To deliver, maintain, and secure this website.
• To respond to enquiries and support requests you send by email.
• To comply with legal obligations, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

We keep our vendor list deliberately short. The providers who may process information on our behalf are:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and content delivery, which involves processing the server logs described above.
• Our email provider — receiving, storing, and sending messages to and from our contact address.

These providers act as processors under our instructions and are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes.

Retention

Hosting logs are retained by our provider for a short period as part of normal operations. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of it, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, as well as individuals in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, have rights along these lines.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@postninestudio.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

International transfers

Post Nine Studio LLC operates from the United States, and our hosting and email providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We limit the data we collect in the first place, which remains the most effective protection available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, most notably when our first application is released. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
